    no one just gonna do some runnin and stuff and maybe a bit of shadow boxing and stuff at home and i should be right...

    i might be doin an exo fight to fill up the card a bit more for a mate who's puttin on a show and i will only be up against a mate who knows what the go with my lack of trainin and stuff is so i'll be ok
