Judges got it right. A little too wide but not much off. Diaconu is severely limited. Pascal is exciting as hell to watch.
I had it 9-3 for Pascal. Thought the commentators had it stupidly close at 7-5 for Pascal. 8-4 is possible, but there's no way Diaconu won 5 rounds. He got shaken up several times, out-boxed and out-fought. Pascal's still got glaring flaws, particularly his defence, but he's good to watch.
Watched it on SecondsOut. What a beast, Pascal really is a warrior. To carry on with those kinda injuries and still score a convincing UD is amazing. I'm looking forward to a Chad fight, and think Pascal could actually pull it off all going well.
I scored it 118-112 With Diaconu only winning 2 rounds and 2 being even, the 2 being even beign more Pascal's rounds than Diaconu's.
Read a report earlier that Diaconu is claiming he got robbed in this fight, I haven't seen it yet but judging by this thread I'm gonna hazard a guess that he's wrong on this one.
No way Diaconu got robbed. He was completely ineffective. Pascal's work was better quality, more eye-catching, and he was the one pushing Diaconu back, stunning him several times.
Same hereatsch:fire. My pissing torrent isn't working and somebody has uploaded it onto youtube but forgot to put rounds 11 and 12 onto it as well:|.
The Canadian crew had it 7-5 too. They seemed to be more impressed by Diaconu chasing Pascal round the ring and missing most of his shots.
Just watched it. Pascal put on a dominant and brave performance (when you consider the trouble his shoulder was giving him). Diaconu won maybe 2 rounds. Looks like Pascal is improving as a fighter.
