Anyone watching the fights on ESPN tonight??

Yeah, I was saying could go either way, but those were all wide in favor of K9 including a point deduction from K9.

 

Tays001, did the best I could. Haven't done too many of those, but she-it, got my post count up kind of quick. LOL.

As a Detroiter, I'm happy for K9. But I'm an even bigger Ouma fan. Where does he go from here? 3 losses in a row.

 

I hear ya, but considering K9 lost a point in a round it looked like he clearly lost that one for sure making 10-8, I have to say I still feel that was wide, could have gone either way, but not expecting wide scores for either. K9 did look strong and kept composure thru the portion of the fight where his eye was gushing.

Ouma just did not look him self really at all. No where near as relentless as usual, sloppy as **** at times, and he wasn't throwing as many punches as what we're used to seeing.

Ouma is done. If he can't throw 90 a round, he can't beat anybody. Don't know whether it's a lack of dedication or his demons surfacing, but what made him a champ seems to be gone. And it hurts, because if there's anybody you'd like to see succeed in the game, it would be Ouma.

Props to K9 though, he made some nice adjustments late.

 

Nothing to brag about, but mine and Teddy scores were only seperated by a point or so, the judges had it by a mile for K9.

 

Yep, Ouma's punch count was way down, but that could have been due to K9's plan of tying him up and fighting so close thru out.:good

 

I had it 95-94 Ouma. Sloppy fight, not very entertaining. K9 is a fighter that Ouma should be knocking out in seven or eight. Could be the end for Ouma.

The best fight was that second one. 5' 11" lightweight.

 

3 losses in a row for Ouma, hard to go up from there. Hard to hold the JT loss against him though, for challenging the MW Champ and dropping a UD. So 2 losses really matter in a row.

 

Me too!! I had Ouma by a point or so!! Good call. I was worried my scoring skills were in serious decline.

 

Nah, it really wasn't. Again, I give Bundrage a ton of credit for sucking it up after he got cut, but the Ouma who beat Jantuah absolutely blasts him.

 

good point, thru out I kept saying this is not the Ouma we've been used to seeing. Ouma did not look like a former world champ in there tonight.

 

Somewhat disappointing fight, but the way I look at it, it was as simple as this. Ouma looked awful. Didn't really throw any combinations the entire night. Volume was down. Was eating straight rights. K9 had the better fight plan. Go for the big right. Tie him up. I like how he finally has worked on his left a little. Good win for K9. Bad night for The Dream.

 

Poor Ouma, it just looks liek he doesn't have the will to go out and fight like he used too.
