I'm enjoying this Doherty v Jones fight. Good fight so far.

rees is the only world champ that gets warned for ducking to low , when he is standing on tiptoes

 

He is good at working the body because he keeps missing the head.

earlier in the same thread.IMO there has never been a more unlikely world champ from the uk ever.

even if rees loses tonight like i expect, he can still say he was a world champ, and 2 to 3 divisions above where he should be fighting anyway.

 

He was in the right place at the right time... And took his opportunity well. It's true about the divisions but he's fighting a tough challenge in his first defence. Can't fault his balls really.
