At least a two division drop. The man is waaaay too small and too soft a puncher to be fighting at this weight.

Yeah, altho I was backing Rees, I'm glad Kotelnik got the stop. Kind of had a feeling he needed it to win the fight because you can never guess what the judges would come out with, despite the fact that I only had Rees winning 3 rounds.

Disappointed for Rees but happy for Kotelnik who has deserved a title for a couple of fights now...

So the WBA now outof Warrens hands when it comes to the LWW division, here' hoping too Kotelnik vs Ortiz in the future, I bet Khan wont rush for Kotelnik like he wanted Rees.

Kotelnik might be a step too far right now for Khan. He is very experienced and precise; he knows what he is doing...

I'm with Woodhall about Rees getting hit after the clinches, I picked that up early and Rees never learned. Ultimately, they contributed to wearing him down.

i have to disagree there. rees had the little flurries with no power, barely landing a clean shot all night except for the 2 or 3 rounds where he was landing good body hooks.

i gave rees 2 rounds and a share of another.

i think the rounds themselves were close, rees always made it competitive, but looked in danger of getting knocked out in the last 30 seconds of almost every round in the second half of the fight. kotelnik was by far landing the more solid effective punches.

Before the fight I thought Ress was only a Euro level fighter, but now I am having doubts about that. Rees should fight for the British title to find out if he is deluding him self about another crack at a world title
