...Should turn in your boxing fan card right now.

You don't know SH*T about boxing.

We told you: Myself, Zakman, San Rafael, Aztek Warrior and many others, but you didn't get it.

    Get it now?

Cotto = Jermaine Taylor II. Just like I said, 6 weeks ago. Margarito was Cotto's Pavlik, and the aura is over.

Cotto quit like a punk. His corner tossed in the towel because Miguel took the second knee after taking no shot, letting his corner know he was done.

He quit like a CHUMP CLOWN.

At least Taylor took his beatdown like a man.

Here lies the myth of Miguel Cotto. Total horsesh*t.

    Rest In FREAKING Peace.

If you picked Cotto by KO, you need to post less and read more from people who know the sport, like the guys I mentioned above.

All the people who were hoping to see me shut up, or wanted to see me show up and take my lumps, WHERE ARE YOU NOW, CLOWNS?!

Relentless, Scar, Amsterdam (who had the guts to post a thread and take his lumps) and all the rest -- you should have known better.

Now you know why I don't come here as much anymoe: There's no use arguing with the ignorant. I come in, drop the knowledge, wait for results like Cotto TKO'd in 11 and come and cash in the chips.

    That's how it's done.

    OUT!

Well, I picked Cotto on accumulative damage, assuming body work and Marg's face getting torn up really bad would force a stoppage(eyes closed, bad cuts etc.). Didn't pick a 'KO' at all.

I thought Cotto would win by 8th round TKO, but Margo just showed that he wasn't giving up. But it was probably one of the greatest fights I ever seen

cotto was badly damage and it was evident by the amount of blood pouring. His body couldn't take it anymore, his legs was gone..

What do you want him to do at that point?

You're a class act. I picked TKO or UD as did Dundee and Bert Sugar. So I guess I'm in agreement with people who know the sport better than anyone you have ever known in your life!

I picked Cotto by TKO round 8.

There is a difference between a boxer like Cotto, and a solid chinned fighter like Margarito. The bull in the ring won this night, and he's a much better fighter than I thought. I have no shame in my pick, I think Cotto showed why he was the pick of many early on in the fight when he was really making Margarito miss, and even look silly at times.

Cotto's problem was he didn't invest in the body himself, his other problem is simply how solid and durable Margarito is.

tonight the size of the pit bull made a difference. that, and the fact that the big pit was dead game.

I predicted Cotto by close decision. I thought he'd implement the approach that he did, but where I was wrong was that his legs gave out, and Margarito's didn't.

Cotto did a fine job defensively during the first half of the bout, but Margarito just kept taking his best shots and marching forward.

An unforgettable bout, and I'm disappointed to see the threads questioning Cotto's talent and/or heart. His face was grotesque by the end, yet he kept trying to pull the rabbit out of the hat. I admire Cotto more than ever.

At least you admitted your mistake, but damn what a mistake.

How long have you been watching boxing?

One of the easiest picks I've ever made, and I've made a lot.

Guys, I've been picking fights on the 'net since before 1994. Back then all that existed was rec.sport.boxing.

I picked Foreman to KO Moorer in the 11th. Or 10th. Don't recall. I know I was off by one round.

15 years ago, when a good number of you were rocking some Barney tapes or something, learning the alphabet.

Amsterdam - You're a class act. You manned up, which is all you can do.

Those who picked Cotto by KO were doubly wrong -- wrong about who would win and REALLY WRONG on Cotto being able to stop Margo. There was ABSOLUTELY NO evidence Margo could be stopped. None. Even when he was last dropped -- 9 years ago at age 21 -- he was off the mat immediately.

Seriously, you need to think about how you could have possibly picked Cotto by KO. That is a fanboy pick, a totally ignorant pick. Margo is a brick wall. Those who knew, knew. We tried to tell you.

Pick with the head, not the heart. No matter how much you want a fighter who is much smaller to KO a guy who is larger and has a rock chin, all logic says it isn't happening. I could see that 'maybe on cuts' thing, but even that was a reach.

The more you learn, the less you'll set yourself up to be called out like this. I can write my predictive pieces and come and gloat because I know what I'm talking about when it comes to boxing. If you don't know what you're talking about, you should stay away from the outlandish predictions.

Whoever called me a dickhead: **** you, *****. I called it right, a lot of people talked **** and I'm here to collect my pound of flesh. You don't like it? Eat a dick.

And don't EVER pick against me, particularly when I know a fight as well as I knew this one.

Or else you'll be the subject of a thread like this.
