I dont think any of this stuff matters cuz neither dlh or cotto is gonna beat mayweather

 

so you can see that im not biased , i will give you that point Cotto should work a little more on defence from right overhands, but if he can correct that it will be very hard to beat him. and if you read my post i didnt say he will k.o. Oscar , it will be a close fight Cotto wining by UD. then fighting with "Money May".....i hope

I disagree Mosley had these. Mosley has a terrible flaw that still he does now (which is worse because he doesn't throw combinations like he used to) and that is after he throws his punches, he does what I like to call

admiring his work

He drops his hands and looks at what he does. He did it especially in the first DLH fight. With Floyd's defense, he would absorb all what mosley threw, pick up the patterns/pace he throws at and then counter him to death. We all know when Mosley is getting beaten to the punch what a SHELL he goes into.

I think a fighter like a Sweet Pea Whitaker had the attributes to beat Floyd. The one missing attribute is feinting but it has to be mixed up.

You need to do things to keep him off balance to where as he's NOT comfortable with having figured out your attack. then you have a CHANCE.


Can we atleast end this "pressure is the way to beat Floyd crap???" I'm so sick of hearing it and its based off of a fight he was INJURED in that he immediately avenged. Yet "haters" and the like still mention this old ass fight as if he hasn't figured out that people think this is the way to beat him and hasn't compensated for hit.

yea i dont think a pressure fighter is gonna beat floyd his shoulder roll is almost perfectly mastered ... i think a fast boxer/puncher will beat him

no problem cdub1012 , being from P.R. and liking Cotto as a fighter i tried to be the most objective and fair that i can. I love the sport of boxing and watch all the fights with passion but with the understanding that all fighters has weakness that they have to work on, and don't worry i understand an respect your comments
