Anyone worked at hamilton island?

A mate of mine worked there for 2 years in IT and he said he loved it snorkling and scuba when ever he could as he didnt have much work to do so it was all water sports and liquid dinners.
Sounds good to me.

 

I'm going back a fair while - mate had a shop there. Paid his staff bugger all. They all got paid bugger all considering they had to pay for accom, meals etc. You won't get rich working there, but you will get laid.

 

Yeah our cleaners live at Airlie beach and take the boat over and back each day

nah, took my ex-missus to HI for her 30th and shagged her senseless the whole time we were there.

Boring expensive place right enough, if we hadn't been shagging we would have been bored shitless looking for a way off the island within a day.

I stay a week and want more.....fishing, boating, diving, drinking, massive resort pools with swim-up bar, sensational views, great food and wine, golf buggie driving (pissed most of the time) golf, shooting range and the list goes on. :huh
