Putting a fighter, who's just been KTFO, right back into the ring vs a puncher with a chin is a never a smart move.

I just realised if Pac fights Rios that would be his fourth fight in a row against a jr welterweight (Marquez x2,bradley, then Rios) if he loses that one it wouldn't look good. He should fight a welterweight to still get some credit even if he loses.

I still think he'd beat Rios, especially if it took place at 147 because of how slow and plodding Rios is, but Rios has a cement block for a head and punches pretty hard. It might not be a good idea to test Manny's chin again so soon after a KO like that.

Ideally, I hope he tries to get in the ring with Bradley next and avenge that robbery "loss", as there is literally no way Bradley can knock him out, and if he can win that fight, then try and go after JMM again. He looked good in that fight before he got caught. He'd have to try and box Marquez though, because it's clear this new, bulked-up Marquez doesn't have the speed or the stamina to outbox Manny the way he once did. Manny was actually throwing JMM's counters off with his upper body and head movement when he was on the outside. Once he started chasing him though, that's when it fell apart.

Personally, I wish he'd retire, he has nothing left to prove in boxing and I don't want something that to happen to him again (hell, I wouldn't even want to see something like that happen to Floyd or Broner), but it looks like he wants to carry on. I hope he can come back stronger and retire on a positive note, I'll be rooting for him still.

Pac still has a solid chin, Rios doesn't hit hard enough to KO him.
