I'd go with more ambiguous if you want it to stay up, like "Anything positive or negative to say about..."
Why not order something cheap to sample the guys goods? Even if you do get screwed you're out of next to nothing and you'll know better the next time.
Damn thread even stayed up and still nobody has feedback. Ah, well. I guess Russell's idea is the way to go.
