    ; 3 rounds bag
    ;8 rounds pads
    ;6 x 3 minute rounds sparring
    ;3 x 1 minute 4 bags
    ;3 x 3 minutes jump board
    ;3 x 3 minutes skipping
    ;5 sets of 25 reps ab work with 5 kg medicine ball
