un****ing real!...I knew Aoki was good , (first time i saw him in pride vs Hansen) , but this is his 2nd really huge victory in his career. This guy will never cease to surprise me. ALL results http://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/fightfinder.asp?search=yes&EventID=6645
They already rematched? Damn, Aoki really is something. He kind of defies the new age of MMA, which basically states that one-dimensional ground fighters won't be able to survive. He's something else. Stands no chance against someone like Penn though. Sherk would be very interesting.

Yes, this guy is good. Hansen commented on his fight with him. Said that he could not get around his flexiablity. Here he is showing you how to do a flying armbar http://www.mmatko.com/flying-armbar-how-to-video/#more-567
Aoki is definitely The Goods - but BJ Penn and Sean Sherk should have the top spots covered until Aoki matches up with one or the other. I would love to see him make his way to the UFC to fight those guys.
Aoki's resume and streak is way better than either of their's at the moment. Why should the fact that they're the best in the UFC rank them above him? I'd choose Aoki to beat Sherk as well, though Penn would handily beat him.
Sherk and Penn's employment with the UFC has nothing to do with their ranking on my scale. I rank them higher because I simply think they are better than Aoki. However, an Aoki/Sherk match would be great to watch and I would love to see if Aoki could catch Sherk in one of his submissions.
