He reminds me of a capoiera fighter the way hes sliding his ass on the mat...he'll get smashed soon enough. Alvarez has basically no ground defense. Id like to see him fight Hansen again and guaranteed he'll get smashed worse than last time they met.
I notice alot of other forums call for Aoki vs Penn im sorry but Penn beats him to death. I hope Aoki faces Hansen for the Dream Title next instead of JZ getting the shot.
Hey who expected Manhoef to KO Hunt. In less than 20 seconds as well!! All things are possible. Penn is no doubt an overwhelming favourite. But this would still be a great fight for MMA.
Yeah your right ANYTHING can happen. I knew like everyone Manhoef as a devastating puncher but to KO a much bigger guy like Hunt with one of the greatest chins in combat sports with 1 punch was amazing im not sure its hit everyone yet how amazing that is. Aoki would have a chance but under UFC rules I can imagine they would let him scoot around the ring like that and even then if they did Penn is no Alvarez or any guy Aokis fought on the ground he has top of the food chain BJJ skills. But your correct anythings possible but this fight is a long long away if it ever could happen. Im curious what happens next I mean if BJ beats GSP close do they do a 3rd match right away ? Or if its dominant does he call out Anderson Silva ? Or fight Thiago Alves or **** maybe fight Hughes agian if he gets past Serra ? Then if does lose hes gotta fight Kenny Florian im assuming. Aokis respect impressed me though I read on Sherdog his thoughts of Penn he called him probablly the best fighter in the world.
If GSP wins he has to fight Alves and when he does he gets KO`ed and Alves fights BJ Penn for the title and gets submitted with a Gogoplata. The runes told me this. Anyway this fight is pie in the Sky as Aoki isnt coming to the UFC and we know this bout wont ever happen unless Penn leaves the UFC or Dana sees the light of day.
I doubt either one happens Dana dont wanna cross promote and will do everything to keep Penn from leaving agian.
i love aoki hes the only fighter that wins by butt scoot and from pulling guard his bjj is one of if not the best in mma
