Apart from some casuals, who would actually buy Whyte - Chisora 2 over Warrington - Frampton?

believe it or not I think some people want this boxing utopia where its only hardcore fans who watch the sport. Low TV numbers, Low live gates but hey lets be happy as its just the hardcore fans who follow boxing.

Who do these people think were watching Muhammad Ali Fight? Certainly wasn't the hardcore fans only, Tyson, Naz Hamed and the list goes on.

'Casuals' have been around since day 1

Personally I will be tuning into Frampton vs Warrington but i know many non casuals who will be tuning into Chisora vs Whyte. Chisora vs Whyte will definitely be the bigger seller.

    Who are the better fighters?

I think Chisora and Whyte would both beat the two midgets at the same time.

Why would I want to watch 2 dwarfs slap each other?

If Rugby had an under 50kg World Cup I wouldn't watch that **** either

    This.

It's a shame they're on the same night as both should be good.

Neither are PPV fights. Unless one of these fights has an outstanding undercard, I will be streaming.

Buying a PPV has nothing to do with being casual or hardcore.

Frampton v Warrington all day long......anyone thinks the re-match of Whyte v Chisora will be the same as the first is daft.

You have to think Causals only really benefit a tiny tiny % of boxers. They benefit a few but i wouldn't say they help improve the sport, quite the opposite as fighters avoid each other.

You have a point to an extent, but you don't get fans of other sports, for example in football, telling people X player is the best in the world because he scored a goal against Stoke city! You would get laughed at!

For some reason if boxing 'hardcores' (i hate the terms) point out ridiculous comments they get lambasted for it! Usually by the group of people who dont have a clue!

Boxing is weird and has a stigma attached to it, everybody likes it, but if you actually really like it and follow the whole sport you are seen as some sort of anorak.

Certainly have to agree with OP here. Warrington v Frampton all night long.
Tbh I'm not as big a fan of HW boxing as most. I much prefer technical ability and skill which is something most HW lack.
I'm not a big fan of k.os either and would rather see knockdowns
Warrington v Frampton is a fight with two top lads at their weight at around their peaks, fighting for a belt. Why would you watch anything else?
