Yep i agree mate, i don't like all the 'stamina for sale' stuff. To me he's a guy who's looking for a quick poundnote and a glorified fitness trainer. Never been impressed with his work and he has no real reason for using the padwork.

exactly. ive sparred with some good pros and namateurs and im good enough to land some decent shots on them. but you have to temper this with the fact that by hitting them clean with a decent shot means what you get coming back is going to be painful!

i remember quiet a while ago he made a website for personal one on one training with him, the website said something about training with with former undefeated professional boxer and there was a bit quoted from him which he basically bragged about his undefeated record.

He took the **** there a bit with some of them shots. Apollos lucky he didn't get knocked out. There good video's but he's going to end up getting hurt if he continues.
