Floyd is retired, therefore he has not right to be ranked. Pacquiao is #1, even if Floyd comes back. Floyd is a more talented boxer, but has achieved less than Pacquiao in my eyes. Floyd blatantly avoided the welterweight divisions best boxers, whilst claiming P4P supremacy AND Welterweight dominance. Floyd, whilst talented and a very good boxer.. was a ***** who robbed us of very good entertaining fights.
I don't hate Pac, but some of his fans are so delusional. Not all of them though. I can look at Floyd objectively and I think he should do a bit more but Pac fans don't wanna accept that about the Pac-Man at all and **** just turns into a hatefest.

Pac became really overrated after the ODLH and Diaz fights. I'm not saying he is not a very good fighter and he has gotten better but the closest to prime elite fighter he has fought is JMM and he "won" by a point but Pac fans pretend he's so much better than JMM and treat him like he's a bum, at least quite of few of them.
