Not seen the fight yet, shall watch it later today my buddy has taped it for me.

But from all accounts, Woods was disappointing and showed little or no hearts in terms of actually trying to win the fight. From what ive heard, it was less Tarver being good and more Clinton being pretty darn bad. Thats a shame, paricularly as some are saying that milk duds stamina was suspect as usual in the championship rounds.

Also, Chad Dawson. Ive been a fan of this guy and an advocate of his abilities but I said all along that he had to beat more people before he would be of any importance to Joe. How much did beating Adamek really prove? Now if Calzaghe beat him, they would point to this poor performance against the old grizzled Johnson as proof that the win didn't mean much.

The only good thing is this might shut up some of the idiotic American posters in the general forum and also, with Tarver winning and Dawson looking ****, it sets Hopkins up still further as the best LHW in the division...until JC defeats him.

Except Dawson didn't look **** at all man. Watch the fight. Check the punch stats. Glen is f*cking terrific. Dawson edged the fight. Both would KO Calzaghe. No hyperbole ... would put Joe to sleep. He'll never sign up for Dawson .. too big, too young, too athletic .. Joe doesn't have Glen's strength to survive the punishment. Dawson is nothing like a Lacy .. he's not some muscle-bound fighter, his work rate is very good, his combos very swift.
