apparently Floyd weighed 152 on fight night against Marquez

floyd does not weigh no more then 8 or 9 pound over 147. athletes that cut weight under their normal everyday weigh will usually re hydrate to their normal weight no over.. Floyd looked bigger then marquez because he is bigger then marquez.. Floyd carries more muscle and more definition than marquez, and he also broader in the shoulders.

147 was marquez first time fight at that weight so a majority on his gain was FAT, not Muscle, which why he looked less defined and smaller then floyd.

Floyd looked big, but seriously what do you expect after an 18 month leave? the weight begins to stick to you when your not constantly moving it. Floyd should be in great shape come March 13th....if the fight is to be made

 

Yeah the ****er came in big on purpose and Golden Boy ****ed JMM over by changing the contract overnight. However I do believe he used this as a strategy and for the Pac fight I dont know if he will use the same strategy against Pac since the weight can drag him down a bit so I think Floyds weight coming in the fight has to be somewhere in between 151-153.

The article in The Ring said that Mayweather weighed 152 on fightnight. I threw out my copy though, surely someone else on this forum has the magazine at home??

honestly? 155 at least, likely 156. not a HUGE difference but floyd was likely 155 of pure muscle whereas marquez was 138 of muscle and 12 pounds of fat on fight night

 

Pacquiao sheds more than that when he fought in the lower weight classes. :good

Anyway, I think Mayweather weight-in more than just 152 he looked bigger.

 

because he is in better shape than other fighters....he is not ricky hatton who goes to 185 between fights like a dope...he is always on weight...when u have no fat u just don't drop two pounds...ask cotto who was forced to

I don't know.I'd say 155 tops.He looked so big in there also because Marquez was so small.
