    ? Why would I ignore it, he will crush Povetkin when the time comes.

    And are you kidding me?

    Go to any Wilder vs X thread. There's been one of Wilder vs Hughie Fury and 90% of the people picked Hughie. :rofl

    against a challenger (each, a “Qualified Challenger”) in one of the following categories:
    (a) any of the top ten (10) rated contenders; or
    (b) with the approval of or ratification by a majority of the Board of Governors,
    i. any boxer rated 11 to 15;
    ii. a champion or a highly-rated boxer of another weight division;
    iii. another WBC champion, such as a WBC Diamond or Silver Champion,
    Champion Emeritus, or Champion in Recess;
    iv. a former world champion or other elite

    Copy and pasted from their rule book. So this is a non starter. Wilder must face a top ten opponent or get approval for a top 15 like he did against Molina. If he doesn't he'll be stripped.

    For what it's worth Molina was #32 last November, he beat Love in January and in March he was #12

    I haven't got the Dec-Feb rankings saved sadly, but I do have Nov 2014 and March 2015

    The Love fight was Molina's only one between the two rankings.

    So you are still assuming and guessing :good

    You are just assuming and guessing crazy Russian billionaires will throw ridiculous amount of money at Wilder for a mandatory defence simply for home advantage.

    You are thinking short term payday, Povetkin and his team might have very different ideas, they might be willing to save their money because Wilder isn't a tough fight for Povetkin anywhere in the world.

    They are billionaires for a reason, very smart people, they might think long term and take the short end for one fight and wave home advantage for long term gain after battering Wilder.

    Povetkin isn't short of money, he doesn't need that huge payday like Wilder is hoping for.

    Once again you are just assuming, guessing with no facts of any offers because they simply haven't been made, you really are a fool.

    Seems like the site has merged this thread with something regarding a bribe. Crazy.

    Anyway he can't fight Hughie the ranking are pretty up to date.

    Using facts that have been presented to us

    While you are bringing nothing to the table but your own assumptions.

    "What if the Russians deviate and don't offer big money for a super HW title fight?" :lol::patsch

    Wilder crushes him and everyone knows it :nod
