Horrific. Think it’s like £150 for corners of the top tier, which is outrageous.

Antony Joshua is a shot ticket seller.

Even if he were still on Sky, it wouldn’t have sold out by now considering the price of the tickets and his recent losses.

I think you're right. Joshua's market value has fallen quite considerably.

that is mental. I only buy tickets for small hall shows so have no idea. That is ludicrous though.

it must be like £500 for even a half decent seat too. Bonkers. I don't think him saying he's in it for the money is going to help either, no matter how many mythical NHS nurses Eddie doesn't give free tickets too.

It wasn't a particularly smart move by AJ to say that he only does it for the money. He sends the wrong signal to the population at a time when many are struggling financially.

true. I like AJ, it's not a good narrative to peddle though.

Every time AJ is allowed to speak he puts his foot in it.
Eddie likes to control the narrative on his behalf. And quite frankly who can blame him

I think the problem for AJ and ticket sales is this -
    1. His appeal has been reduced due to two comprehensive losses against Usyk
    2. His behaviour in the ring after the 2nd loss
    3. An underwhelming opponent in terms of appeal
    4. The price of the tickets to watch him against a relatively unheralded opponent
    5. His behaviour outside the ring during a cost of living crisis
In reality can AJ still sell a lot of tickets ? Yes , i mean even if you look at the map of O2 when buying tickets it looks bad but when you go in to the individual sections he has still sold out most seats in them (admittedly i looked at about 3 floor sections). He will most likely over coming weeks/month sell out the O2 or get near capacity, however that is indicative of how far his stock has fallen as 1 year ago it woupd of been mad the idea of an AJ fight not selling out immediately. He really needs to put on a good performance not just win then get in with an opponent people want to see if he wants to get back to where he was.

I like AJ as a fighter he is 2d dimensional as a fighter but what he was good at in that 2D sphere he did very well and he is entertaining to watch because of his vulnerabilities and his actual abilities but in reality if i had DAZN still would i watch ? Yes. Would i spend money to watch it on PPV ? Not a chance.

Wouldnt be suprised 8f they have a falling out soon. With all his other foghters you get the feeling Eddie is the boss, with AJ over last few years Eddie seemed like an employee which im sure he did because of the money he made off AJ but will he want to carry on like this if the well isnt as productive as before.

Joshua didn't do himself any favours with his comment about 'only fighting for the money'
People are struggling to feed there families and heat there homes at the minute so to hear a multi millionaire make a comment like that is pretty insulting
Joshua is good entertainment in the ring but think outside the ring we see a fraction of the true person

Since the VK fight. Barring him getting spangled by a fat Mexican fella, have any of his fights been majorly exciting?
