Think it has to have a really good undercard for them to justify a ppv. Even then that price point is the absolute maximum they should be thinking about.

Franklin is a stay busy fight, there’s no reason for the delay as it is.

I am on about the Danny Williams fighting in 2022 - Joshua not matching a prime Danny.

 

Fair enough. Yeah it's terrible/sad how Danny is still fighting.

I think people are looking at it from the wrong angle - he has never done anything in the ring to suggest to me that he could live with any elite fighter or a big puncher.

He has not falling far as he was never that great anyway if one closes the ears to the garbage sales pitch spouted by Earn.

War torn Chisora gave Usyk a harder fight.

He has been found out and his weaknesses will not improve with new trainers or bashing puddings.

 

Joshua is much better than Whyte for about 6 or 7 rounds, then he runs out of puff.

If the fat man can last that long he might just cause an upset.

I think its 80/20 -75/25 in AJ's favour. AJ is a big favourite but definitely beatable and this wouldnt be the biggest upseat.

 

The thing here for me, is anyone who’s prepared to pay £19.95 really going to then not bother if it’s an extra fiver? I think people are either prepared to pay the PPV or they’re not.

Also can someone who’s fought 4 times in as many years be classed as ‘staying’ busy?

 

If I had of wanted to watch Fury vs Chisora, whether it be £25 or £28.99 I would have paid.

 

Crazy to think boxing fans still give AJ this much hype and attention. His career is close to being over.

 

Yes I meant the standard of him as an opponent he is a stay busy fight rather than actual proof of Joshua staying busy. 12 fights in the last 7 years isn’t great.

As far as the PPV goes I can only see a massive flop incoming. Would be shocked if we ever get given any true figures.
