    Joshua vs Whyte.

Two of the top 4 heavyweights in the world (according to boxrec).

    Good fight.

Good fight, Whyte has earned the title shot.

May go - will be a good KO.

Are the Wembley fights as bad as the o2 for twats?

You have to pay alot for a decent view otherwise it's pointless.

Ive no problem with the fight. Im not overly excited by it, but its probably the best they can do as they overplayed their hand last year and have been frozen out by Wilder and Fury for the time being.

Massively over played it and now you’d imagine a rematch clause too. So I don’t see Joshua vs either one this year, unfortunately.

    Whyte then Miller it is.

Best fight that could have been made considering Wilder/Fury are re-matching

It wouldn't have made a blind bit of difference. Both could have offered to fight Joshua for free and he'd still have fought Whyte, don't you get it, he's a chesspiece who assaults or defends Joshua dependent on what political game Hearn is playing with the fans. This time it's the former.

That kind of schedule was definately the plan prior to Wilder-Fury 1, but I genuinely think they know that can’t get away with that now and still keep the same standing with the public (even some Matchroom FCs) who are starting to ask questions. They might be forced to still do it, If Wilder -Fury have a trilogy but they haven’t got the same measure of control as the PR machine is starting to falter.

A Pulev fight will not go down well at all and I really can’t see it being successful on PPV and certainly nowhere near a sell out - Povetkin was a struggle with 100s if not 1000s of tickets given away and zero interest in the states.

I think it will be Whyte then Miller in the states this year.

I have to sit in the accessible seating, which is in the first tier so should be a decent view.

I see where you're coming from and agree in the main but IMO Hearn would rather take lower revenue and get trashed on social media than risk the cash cow getting beaten and the brand completely derailed. He can just keep wheeling out his "muh offers" deflector shield and most of the fans will still lap it up. Put it this way, Hearn isn't going to risk his retirement fund to please a bunch of quiff-haired casuals mouthing off on twitter who get bored in the footie offseason, he's already proved this with the fake Wilder "negotiations".

Joshua MAY fight Wilder at some point in about 18 months, in the UK, with every conceivable advantage but I'm willing to stake never posting on here again that he won't fight Fury under any circumstances, ever. Far, far too much for everyone including Sky to lose.

People need to stop hoping and wishing and see things as they are "from a business point of view" as posters on here are so fond of saying.

The thing is to frame Miller as anything other than a walking heavy bag, they have to build him up and that's going to take another year at the very earliest given heavies only fight twice a year now.

I think so too. Wouldn’t surprise me if Pulev is in the o2 in February then a big summer 2020 fight at Wembley (I hope).

Yep, was always gonna be Whyte. Kownacki will also get a shot somewhere so yeah, I doubt we'll be seeing AJ vWilder/Fury in the next few years.
