I don’t want to have a conversation about numbers, hence me not having one.

All of that is irrelevant as Joshua-Miller is
likely to go on DAZN which will kill the viewing numbers.

If i was Hearn put Joshua’s Debut on a Mainstream Nework, CBS, Fox or ESPN

All three are invested in Boxing. DAZN is going to kill the viewing figures and visibility for the fight.

it's getting worse mate. This sudden obsession with numbers is embarrassing for a boxing fan to be so invested in.

My PPV number is zero for life - the number of PPV mugths is irrelevant to me.

Tony Dosh PPV has had one hell of an easy ride to date with only one real challenge v an Old Clinchko at Wembley. A rematch against Pudding Whyte just another fight to add to the list of puddings.

Time to face Wilder and Fury now - surely Tony Dosh PPV has so much money already that he could not even wipe his arris with £1,000 notes for the rest of his life.

Too many excuses for the drug dealer now masquerading as the Humble One

The real question is why they set this arbitrary date of April 13th. It's just been months of nonsense.

They had to reserve Wembley well in advance. It's not like phoning up and ordering a pizza.

After Hearn saying the Joshua fight doesnt happen until May or June whether its Whyte or Miller I wonder Hearn gives up the Wembley date or if we get another fight pulled out of the hat on that date. Could a Smith vs Golovkin and Lomachenko vs Crolla double header fill it with a London centric undercard like Buatsi and Edwards?

They've been saying that date since after the Povetkin fight in September. It can't be the new thing that you book a venue 7 months in advance with no opponent until months later. Wembley can't be 'that' difficult to reserve.

I imagine that normally it isn't but Spurs are still playing there every other week.

Spurs due to play Huddersfield in wembley on the 13th. A fixture initially set for Spurs new stadium which has been delayed. Maybe that's the real reason AJ isn't fighting in wembley?

Yeah I wondered about Spurs, but they should have been well out of Wembley by now. It shouldn't have forced Eddie's hand back in September - they really didn't need to set the date so early. It's a mess and people are getting fed up of hearing about April 13th.

I'm sure other dates or other venues would have turned out fine, and meant they could focus more on getting the right opponent.
