I agree that Gamboa has seemed to coast in some of his fights. But I would put that down to the ease with which he has won. He has at times been content to merely win on points without taking risks to go for the knock out. This would have to be expected from someone who has had as many ameteur fights as he's had. I think this is the reason Salido, Barros etc were able to see the final bell and not a slight on Gamboa's punching power. I believe he still has a few gears to go through yet and a fight against a dangerous opponent like Rios will bring out the best in him IMO.
