Wlad's Bum Of The Month List Includes. Alexander Povetkin Ruslan Chagaev David Haye Eddie Chambers Kubrat Pulev Tyson Fury Sultan Ibragimov This content is protected Chris Byrd Lamon Brewster Hasim Rahman Ray Austin Ray Mercer Tony Thompson Tony Thompson Sam Peter Sam Peter Francois Botha Jameel McCline Bryant Jennings Jean-Marc Mormeck This content is protected Mariusz Wach Let me know when AJ actually fights someone on Wach's level.
Pulev beat Chisora with absolute ease, it wasn't even remotely competitive, Chisora won one round, maybe two if being very generous. But of course according to you he's a bum. AJ's best win just went life and death with him and debatably lost. What's that make Whyte then? Wrap your head around that one oh Boxing Sage Hi-Tek-Lomo.
All hype aside, I can't see this fight being anything other than a boring chess match. Joshua is primarily a counter puncher, as he all but admitted after the Molina fight when he said he likes his opponents to create openings for him rather than force him to take the initiative. Well, if you think Wlad is going to take the initiative you haven't been watching his fights for the last ten years. Wlad will force AJ to take the initiative and make the fight while AJ waits for an opportunity to land clean counters. It will be tedious, it will be slow, and it will not be exciting to watch, unless AJ somehow changes his style for this fight. At this stage we know that Wlad's gonna Wlad. He's gonna protect that chin of his like it's an endangered species.
Something people seem to be forgetting is that Wlad won't be able to pull the usual stunts he does to put his opponent off. The fight will be in London so he won't be able to get away with having a bouncy castle for a ring, sending Joshua rubbish gloves, putting his opponent in a rubbish hotel in a noisy area, a ref that will let him persistently clinch and hit whilst holding or throw a headbutt as he did at Fury. He must of thought he needed these little advantages otherwise he wouldn't have bothered going to the lengths he used to to secure them.
Bloody hell there are alot of bums on that list but it wouldn't be one bum a month would it?? Wlad has been fighting a fair while..
Your hatred of Joshua has really got out of hand pal. I thought you would have realised after the Martin fight just how much it was clouding your judgement but it appears to be more biased against him than ever. Sure Joshua might not be the terminator as some people are saying but you act like he's the biggest fraud to ever pick up a title.
I'm rooting for Vlad, but I think Joshua will probably win. He is the same size as Vlad, which I think is key. When you add his skill --and especially his youth and Vlad's age-- it all adds up to a bad combination for the former champ. Hope I'm wrong.
And the key here, is going to be freshness! Wlad has been expired for a while now, and more inactive than ever. If Wlad decides he's got something to prove and tries to pull the trigger a bit more, he's going to get knocked out!
My hatred of AJ has nothing to do with my posts on this thread, the fanboy obsessive praise of him is clearly affecting the logic, reason and rationality of most of the posters on here, I don't care how much power, skill, speed etc. etc. etc. AJ has, he's going to be fighting Wladimir Mother****ing Klitschko, who let's be honest Fury only beat by fighting the most dull negative safety first 3 or 4 punch per round title match in the history of the HW division. Wlad devours fighters like AJ, both Jennings and Fury fought to survive with minimum risk, and that was against an old shot to hell Wlad like most of the people on here seem to think. What happens if AJ comes in aggressively looking for a KO? This match shouldn't even be seen as 50/50, it should be 70/30 stylistically in Wlad's favor.
Maybe so skillwise, but unlike Wach he's sorely lacking in the one department that would have served him well against AJ, CHEEEEEN. Let's see AJ succeed where Wlad and Povetkin failed, and then maybe I'd be impressed by his powah.
WLad is going to win this and if you want to make some money, bet on it Too experienced to skilled too powerful and too good at controlling distance for Joshua to deal with Wlad to win by mid to late TKO
