Yeah but Floyd don't tell you how much he lost. The biggest lost he had was over 1 million.

The difference is he could AFFORD lose those large sums because he main bread was from boxing. The richest man in sports can afford to gamble with hundreds of thousands like it's a play thing because he was getting in millions every fight.

Those fools who wait for their betting slips outside the bookies put all their hope on a miracle, can't afford those losses because they earn no where near those figures, most are on welfare, so instead they end broke and end up stealing from their friends, family and sometimes begging on the street.

There is a significant percentage who are wage slaves who put their savings into the machines, online betting and the shops, but they end up in debt and then go in thinking that the next spin they can gain back what they lost. They don't reaslise the advantage is always in favour of the house, not the player.
