So Hearn is already talking up his next 02 show, seemingly to be headlined by Joshua again, there was talk that he was trying to get Jacobs over for Eubank before Jr left matchroom, is everyone expecting another "stacked" card so he can put it on ppv and If so what type of fights will we see on it? My predictions: AJ vs Chisora Crolla vs Barosso Campbell vs Mitchell Eggington vs Gavin
Hasn't Eddie already stated that AJ is a PPV fighter now? I'm pretty sure that means no matter who he boxes its PPV from now on and they will be able to sell him vs Chisora pretty well.
I'm sure he'll try to throw bellew in a world title fight in too, that way he has 2 world title fights and he'll hype aj vs Chisora as a world title eliminator, casuals will lap it up
Joshua does quality numbers on ppv, the casuals absolutely love him and dare I say it would probably pay 30 pound ppv each time if they had to to watch him, I honestly don't even feel the fight needs to be hyped up anymore The amount of non boxing fans I know that had boxing nights round there house for the Joshua vs Whyte fight was ridiculous, they didn't watch any of the card until eubank where they half watched and then they all watched Joshua, this happened in at least 7 houses I've been told about all with minimum of 4 people in
Joshua's next fight won't be against Chisora, Chisora is getting a shot at the euro title & Joshua is rumoured to be fighting Shannon Briggs.
I doubt Eggington vs Gavin will be at the O2. Eddie has already spoke about having a Spring card in Birmingham.
Joshua is not going to fight Chisora. Watch Eddie's last interview on IFL. He says to Kugan he doesn't like that fight and mentioned Helenius and Duhaupus (I'm not even joking here) as potential opponents. I think Cunningham is a serious shout because Hearn will argue it will prepare him for Haye and he can bang on about him KDing Fury.
Helenius & now Chisora are both Sauerland fighters, so will most likely take place in Germany, unfortunately.
Also with Campbell in a "big" (eddies words not mine) fight on the Quigg Frampton undercard in late Feb doubt he'll be ready after a quick Dec-Feb turnaround. Would like to see Burns get a crack at Crolla although that fight is probably more suited to Manchester + Eddie hates Burns Any chance of DeGale fighting in London?
