    Ok Guys ...quick explain ..What qualifies as a Glass Jaw ..

    Ok i saw the Kirkland Fight and yes ..he was all over the place after getting chinned ..and i have seen him on the floor before ..so acceptable

    I assume we are referring to punch resistance ???
    Or are we talking one hit and its over ..

    Khan is on this list and i recall the Brediss Ko ... but that was only one ..I recall Maidana testing his chin and failing ..

    Paul Williams??? anyone wudda been dispatched by that Martinez (no look) Left hook ..

    my point is i find the glass jaw catogary for these guys a lil unfair ..

    They said Lennox Lewis had a glass jaw because of two KO,s ..but they fail to remember the shots he took flush and walked thro ..

    Not tryin to be a kill joy ..just tryin to find an understanding into the selection process for this accolade ...

    Of course he should. Maidana's punching power is grossly overrated. Jeez, he couldn't even knock out a shot Erik Morales. The Conman is still a KO waiting to happen.

    No. Jake LaMotta and Marvin Hagler would have ate that shot with no problem. That is two examples right there. So, no that punch would not have KOed anyone. He was one punch KOed by a guy with a 50% KO rate.

    And why did he blow out his knee? Because he was HIT by a grazing punch and he was going down and shattered his knee on the way down. Solis has an abysmal Glass Jaw which I correctly questioned on here. He is another Jorge Luis Gonzalez a hyped up Cuban Amateur with a fragile Glass Jaw.

    I have no problem with Kirkland being #1 pure china but I must take exception to Williams on this list. He faced some good punchers and took shots and didn't budge. He got caught with a perfect shot and went to sleep. His jaw isn't glass.
