Aqua bag, confused what it means?

    Ive bought an aqua bag and a freestanding heavy bag frame. The frame says its maximum load is 150kg, and a warning comes with the aqua bag saying to make sure whatever overhead beam its on must be able to support at least 4x the weight of the aqua bag, which is like 300kg.

    Can someone clarify will this 80kg aqua bag be okay on the stand with 150kg max, it sounds stupid but i got really confused when it said it needs 4x the weight of the bag.

    Its going to be to do with static and dynamic loading at a guess. So the difference between it just hanging there and bouncing slightly.

    Id be more worried about it toppling over rather than falling straight down so make sure you anchor it correctly. You can add a bag spring to reduce the shock on the shackles.
