    Round 10

Baysangurov is made to follow, throwing single diving jabs at the belly and only barely just brushing it, or falling short, and flinging high lariats at the skull that whistle through open air. Nice long right jabs and looping lead lefts around the guard by Amirkhanyan, who is commanding distance very well, scissoring his legs in a constant lateral spiral, doing some outboxing, and dictating the pace. Baysangurov is swinging for the fences with big scything rights falling in, but never connecting with 100% power.

    10-9 Amirkhanyan

    95-95

If nothing else, Amirkhanyan should have earned serious respect and clout in the community today. In my preview thread nobody else gave him a chance in this one, and it has been competitive in spite of a cut that could in many circumstances be considered a fight-ender.

Man...if the other Amir Khan had this Amirkhan(yan)'s chin, he'd be unstoppable!

Props to Amirkhanyan. Dude has heart, will and toughness. Fighting like that with a nasty cut is enormous!

This is tremendous stuff. Going to definitely have to rewatch this. This round is giving Ramirez-Hart Round 12 last Friday a run for its money

    Round 11

Amirkhanyan is walking Baysangurov onto big left uppercuts, turning him, finding an extra bounce in his steps when he needs to send himself into reverse with jet propulsion as Baysangurov comes barreling in like a juggernaut with fists descending like the digging bucket of a crane. Amirkhanyan is getting caught with some incidental leather as he turns his face away in retreat but is by and large getting the best licks in as he unfurls the right jab and slams the left uppercut home on the flat broadside underneath Baysangurov's chin.

    10-9 Amirkhanyan

    105-104 Amirkhanyan

9-9 Amirkhanyan won this one IMO but got a point deduction for loosing his mouthpiece
114-114 Draw, this could go either way

    Round 1: 10-9 Amirkhanyan close
    Round 2: 10-9 Amirkhanyan close
    Round 3: 10-9 Baysangurov close
    Round 4: 10-9 Amirkhanyan close
    Round 5: 10-9 Baysangurov close
    Round 6: 10-9 Baysangurov
    Round 7: 10-9 Amirkhanyan close
    Round 8: 10-9 Baysangurov
    Round 9: 10-9 Baysangurov
    Round 10: 10-9 Amirkhanyan close
    Round 11: 10-9 Amirkhanyan close
    Round 12: 9-9 even close

Amirkhanyan looking really good in the last round till the point he got a point deducted for losing his mouthguard too often, afterwards Baysangurov clearly landing heavy shots and rocking him a couple of times but i think he did enough before to edge the (close) round.

    114-113 Amirkhanyan

Really great last round. Amirkhanyan unlucky that he couldn't keep his mouthpiece in. Not sure if Baysungurov touched down with a glove, either. That potentially could be a four point swing given those two instances.
