Headbutts, point deduction, 4th rd. stoppage minus a suckerpunch and controversy.

No this was not FLoyd/Ortiz, this was Arce/Nongqayi a week later
and this seemed to have escaped everyone.

Travieso showed how to avenge a dirty fighter but he did it like a true warrior.

floyd's first priority is to get on with the fight and then get his money afterwards. **** if you think that he cares for the money that you paid to watch him.

Mexicans don't sucker punch you...when you fall on the ground we wait for you to get back up and fights us not kick you... not jump on you, not call all my friends to beat up the guy on the floor...

Respect and honor... it looks cheap when you beat up someone unsuspecting we want to KO you legitely.

:huh There are exceptions, I've seen plenty of Mexicans getting jumped by Mobs of 20 plus Mexicans, 20+ on 3, 10+ on 2, 8 on 2, 5 on 1, it happens too often in the fiestas:!:

    Mexican is not a race

Interesting video. You have a headbutt, then a point is taken away. Then the ref then says let's go, and they both start fighting again. That's exactly what happened in the Mayweather fight, except Ortiz decided he didn't want to fight. Look bow pissed Arce was. I wonder what be would've done had that guy tried to hug him after the ref said let's go?

Anyway, if Mayweather isn't a warrrior and has no honor because he punched a guy legally during the round and after getting blatantly fouled, then what is Ortiz? I mean what do label a guy was getting schooled, resorted to cheating, and then starts hugging and kissing another man, then doesn't realize that once the ref says let's go, that it's time to fight again?

that's quite a spin of the actual event right there or you forgot to state some facts. ortiz is not fighting because he is trying to apologize and that sort of thing is not strange in a boxing match even if the bell says fight on. fighter do that all the time, touching gloves when a headbutt happened unintentionally or intentionally. floyd took advantage of that and throw sportsmanship out of the window. it's ortiz fault of course since he should also be aware that he should be protetcing himelf at all times and never to trust a scheming guy like floyd who demonstarted that unsportsmanlike conduct in his previous fights.

you are asking if what arce could have done if nongqayi tried to hug or touch gloves with arce knowing that arce was pissed? i think arce most probably would not pull what floyd did. most fighters that i saw that was pissed by a blatant foul and his opponent trying to touch gloves would just ignore the gesture and fight. i can undertsand if floyd attacked ortiz immediately after cortez says let's go, but floyd took advantage of ortiz' gesture and suckerpunched him.
