Donaire in a one sided fight. I have high hopes for Donaire if your talking about Nonito

Arce didn't look too great last time. This would be a real test for Donaire stepping up, and a chin checker. We'd see if he's as good as his fans claim, when they seem to think he can beat Mijares. Donaire will prove his legitimacy by doing a comparable job.

He won't do as well though, and likely gets rocked. Donaire close.

I think Donaire is strong but he's overrated ... I don't think a win over the wild Darchynian grants weight class supremacy ... anyone who has the ability to throw straight punches can beat Darchynian ...

He hasn't fought anyone since ... I think he's a product of hype ... now that he's with Top Rank ... he's going to find it more difficult that when he was with Gary Shaw.

I seen him on Shobox one time and I wasn't impressed ...

I'll pick a KO ... but not a winner ... either fighter has the chance of getting KO'd.

I never seen Donaire pressured and I know that Arce is a pressure fighter ... it will be a war of wills and attrition ... the man who gives first will be the loser.

The more I think about it ... the more I lean towards Arce --

I agree. Donaire is severely overrated, and his backers are mostly the zealot Pinoy type, usually *******s :-(

When I see the ratios of Mijares/Donaire polls it defies belief. I think Arce has a great chance too.

How did Mirajes finish him? ... he got outboxed by a boxer ... it wasn't a secret that Arce is a pressure fighter and that Mijares is a boxer ... he didn't knock Arce out ...

Arce won't be as easy to pick apart as Vic was. But, he still loses pretty clearly.

    Donaire TKO Arce

I think they're trying to set up the fight to take place in Manila which would be pretty cool.. This will be a good test for Donaire and if Mijares does fight Montiel, then Donaire should definitely fight the winner.. I would like to see how this kid fares against the elite fighters at 116.. Thought he still has some flaws, I do have high hopes for this guy..
