Arce has looked pretty rickety lately. The wheels are ready to fall off of this wagon.

I think it'll be a little more competitive than Arce vs Mijares, but Donaire should take it by a clear decision. Arce has been looking worse since the Mijares fight so a stoppage isn't out of the question.

Mijares is going to get KO'd by Montiel ... and once he beats Mijares he's going to move up and possibly fight the winner of Abner Mares v Gerry Penelosa

Arce by KO ... Donaire has never been pressure like Arce can provide ... he's fought better boxers than Donaire and he's fought better overall fighters than Donaire. Donaire is a puncher w/ good power ... he doesn't rely on boxing as much as he should and he isn't used to being dominated by another fighter.

Possible but I doubt it. Montiel has power and skills, but the skills aren't on par with Mijares, who also has great defense and a good chin. I'd see Mijares winning a clear decision if the fight ever gets made, and it is the fight that needs to happen at that weight.

Montiel only lost to world class fighters and he beat more top notch opponents than Mijares. His power, boxing skills, and ring savvy are far superior than Mijares.

I tell you this Hitbattousai ... Mijares will not try and trade with Montiel and if he tries to box from the outside, he's going to get broken down.

Montiel is good, but I think you overrate his skills, it's just a matter of how much his power affects Mijares the times he's able to get through. Arce and Munoz are both pretty hard punchers, and though they weren't able to land much on Mijares, when they did land it did nothing so I think that will also be the case with Montiel. And Mijares has all his losses early in his career, he's dominated his world class opposition. I give Montiel enough credit to say I doubt Mijares will stay inside long with him unlike the other two mentioned, and will probably just outbox him all night.

That's what Nonito told me on how he will beat Arce. This is before He Koed Darchinyan.

I still don't see how Donaire is overrated when he hasn't shown any flaws up to this point dispite facing good opposition. Not only did he beat the undisputed flyweight champion, but he dominated him up to that point and brutally knocked him out. You seem like you are giving him no credit for that win but I'll say this, its easier said than done. You said that throwing straight punches would be Drachinayin, but the pressure and intimation of Darchayin overwelmed his opponents in the past and Donaire was the only guy that was not only mentally but physically strong enough to handle that. Donaire also battered Maldonado who fought to a draw with Mijares.

On topic, i see Donaire battering Arce and stopping him late. I personally can't see Jorge matching well against these technical boxers becuase he has those decinsive flaws. His chances would be better against a fellow banger such as Montiel ect. Donaire punches harder than Mijares and is more brutal. I definitely see him getting a knock out here.
