lol so now people can fight whoever they want? Its amazing how ESB works, rumor of mayweather fighting Spadfora, outburst. Arce vs Mtagrwa?? Sure, i mean he is old after all, lets just ignore the fact that he quit in his last fight, and lets also ignore the fact that is he not even that old.

Considering all the wars he has been through, then yeah, Arce is very old.

Learn **** about boxing before you type, imbecile.

A 32 yr old 116-122 lb'er with the number of wars Arce has had, really is the equivalent of a 60 yr old.

Slow your horses tacoman, I don't give a **** who he fights and I know better than you who Arce is, but having him against mtagwa when he has unfinished business against Rojas and then talking about Donaire yet is no right.
Mtagwa vs villa was long time ago, recently he's become a walking punching bag.Update yourself.
Arce is shot you say? Ok then let's remove him from the A level, same as I've been saying about casamayor from a long time.

Hey assholes, Arce is far removed from his prime!!! The only reason he is the **** is because of his huge heart.

Arce could retire TODAY and I would not be mad, simply because his best days are far behind him. This second wind is all on fumes, thats how much heart he has.

We'd all like to see some closure on that fight but NO he does not need to fight him. At this point in his career--after giving us so many wars----Arce has earned the right to look for the most lucrative available fights.

Really Arce should of retired awhile back he's tiny for 122. He's been inconsistent with his performances because he's just not the fighter he was. He needs to pull out mini miracles to win. His heart should never be questioned, but if he struggles with Mtagwa thats a red flag there.

I feel bad for Mtagwa, ever since his almost-shocking win against JuanMa, he has been getting KTFO.

If it weren't for business needing to be settled with Rojas, this wouldn't be a terrible tune-up fight for Arce.

Consider how inconsistent he is these last several years, and how he was caught at the right time and upset by the likes of Nongqayi (who isn't as good as Mtagwa). Maybe with him looking ahead to a Donaire or a Nishioka it's once again 'the right time'. :conf

Then again, it's one thing to pass up the Rojas rematch because Donaire and Nishioka are possibilities. To pass up the rematch and fight Mtagwa, (with the hope of not getting upset, and then maybe getting the winner of the big dance) - eh. That's a bit unsatisfactory, yeah.
