I'm sure i remember reading somewhere he was able to do over 100 chin ups consecutively without rest, but even by a pro boxer standard that is a hell of a lot!!! :yikes Anyone know if threre is any truth to this?
Archir moore i believe, tszyu is lieing out of his ass, he woulndt have been thrown around the ring like a ragdoll by hatton if that were true
Chinups are much harder to do than pushups in my prime I could do 26 perfect pullups then for a while it was 20 then 15 now its porbably down to 12 I can still bust out 50 to 60 pushups. 100 Pullups doesnt sound right thats just way too much. I wonder if its true? were did you hear or read that?
He said he broke that many pushups down in sets..still very impressive. He never did that many in a row
Tszyu did 100 pushups every contraction his wife had when she was having one of their kids. If you have heard a story about Kostya's exploits in the gym it is probably true. So many people who have seen him train say it is amazing and almost no one can keep up with him. Sam Soliman is like that too. Isnt it weird though that KT was one of fittest and hardest training boxers around but he had stamina problems throughout his career. For some people its just in their genes.
I can do 75 pushups without rest. I'm sure some well conditioned athletes with good shoulders can do twice that easily. Chinups I'm not too sure about though 100 sounds like bull****.
pulls up are much harder than push ups no matter what, when your doing that many. doing a thousand push ups in sets is believable, but consitsantly, you'd have have to have a real big chest and shoulders, which tszyu does not have
