Also, both were excellent boxers. Moore performed better against heavyweights. Foster starching of Mike Quarry still remains one of the most spectacular one-punch kayoes in history. Who do you guys like here and why? Who has the better chin and skills? How would these two legends have matched up IYO?

Moore was too solid for Foster...power vs Lighheavys close but Moore had it against quality and Heavys...Moore by a Stoppage somewhere between 7-15

Moore was the better overall fighter but Bob Foster had a style tailor made to take advantage of his unique physical characteristics which made him almost invincible at LHW.

Based on their overall achievments, I would say that Archie has the greater chance of winning but Foster would always be in there with at least a puncher's chance.

Sure, pick the ol' mongoose but don't discount Bob Foster.

By the way, what a scrap it would be!

Foster carried his left at hip height ready to pump it up into an opponents face ,this would be dangerous against Archie who had a great straight right hand ,Moore is the more durable of the two I go for him by late ko say 11rd
