Moore stops Foster in a dominating performance, in my view.

 

You are channeling Moore's performance in Moore-Durelle 1 here, aren't you? I think Moore would defeat Foster, but he would have to fight very carefully like he did against Harold Johnson. If Archie has to recover from knockdowns like he did against Durelle, Foster would finish Archie off. He was a much better finisher than Durelle and he wouldn't let Moore off the hook.
