    Well Charles never won the ltHvy title, so its a mute point to consider him with other Lthvy greats. Otherwise you should consider Patterson in that discussion also. Why not consider many other small heavyweights, as with a good diet could have made 175? Like Marciano, or Dempsey? I am going by the lthvy title holders only.

    Loughran would be tough for Foster, imo ,also Delaney.How about Harold Johnson?
