I think I'd have to give this one to Moore, with the proviso that Foster could take him out in the blink of an eye. The cornerstones of Foster's style imo, are his jab / hook double attack; his ability to move laterally (either circling away or pressuring) with his long legs; his gangly, "tall man" defence and his off beat timing. I think Moore is able to pick apart this puzzle over 15, and manage to do so without getting his head peeled off like the top of a tin. I don't think even Moore could strip Foster so bare that he would abandon his jab - so Moore would have to use Foster's jab to his advantage. I suspect he would do so by using it to land hard counters; getting him to give ground and weaving beneath it, into an infight. I can see him sticking to Foster's right hand side and using a combination of movement, leverage blocks and positioning to nullify Bob's big left hook. It'd have to a punch and step perfect performance but I'm pretty positive Moore can pull this one off.
Rhonda Byrne's The Secret teaches us that if we want neither man to lose, both men will truly win, if we will it into existence through sheer love of the men. This time machine would fail then to bring about a decisive outcome. Both men look great and win, nine times out of ten, but sixty percent of the time? It's a newspaper draw, every time.
Hi George. Like I always say, there is a post that, when I am in a dither, enlightens me, and helps with my choice, by a thoughtful and incisive prognosis of said fight, and your post in all its wisdom is such a post, I slightly favoured Moore, but after this, my mind is made up, and the path is clear, many thanks buddy. stay safe, chat soon. Mike.
