Fitz was a natural super mw/ lhw and jackson was a natural super welter so he belonged to 2 or 3 weight classes above jackson.
Plus we never saw jackson in the ring with a cruiser to judge if he could ko a much bigger guy( i think that he would do yes).because he fought in a different era . it is why must be judged pfp and i think that nearly every single list have jackson the number 1
