As you know, Moore started at the 160 class. Let's say middleweight Moore fought Hagler for the world middleweight championship. What happens next?

From what footage we have of Moore as a mw, I'd say his truly great years were still ahead of him, plus he typically played 2nd fiddle to other great mws of his era (i.e.: Yarosz, Burley, Booker). I'd pick Hagler on points.

Two great fighters. But 160lbs was Marvin';s optimum weight while 175 lbs was Archie's.

Hagler by decision after a competitive bout.

Hagler for similar reasons I mentioned for why Hearns would beat Moore at 160lbs, because Moore hadn’t yet cured his illness, in which he greatly improved after, but before that, it greatly restricted him.

Hagler would destroy middleweight Moore - beat him up and knock him out. Doesn't say how many rounds so I suppose he might get home over 10. But i'd still stick a quid on KO.
