Are all the top CWs better than all the top HWs (except Klitschkos of course)?

Haye and Adamek are considered by many #3 and #4 HWs and they're former CWs, Huck gave an extremely tough fight to Povetkin many think he won. Would the other top CWs (Hernandez, Cunningham) find similar success if they moved up?

Hernandez, Ola & Lebedev would all batter Povetkin & beat him easily, Chakkiev would probably do so as well

I think they might struggle against some of the more powerful heavies but in general, they'd be competitive with most of the top10

Most modern heavyweights are all size and power, no skills whatsoever. I prefer to watch the lighter divisions a lot more.

Haye and Chambers would run roughshod over the Cruiserweights. Maybe not Hernandez, but the rest of them I wouldn't expect to come close to winning.

Haye is a CW turned HW, anyway. And Chambers is CW size too, that's what I meant.

Cunningham got the skill but not the chin.

No CW can beat the Klits, Haye, Chisora or Chambers who I consider the most skilled HWs out there at the moment.

The thing is that the CW's acually look like they have trained for a title bout where as the other HW's don't. Except maybe a few outside of the Klitschkos.
