Are all the top CWs better than all the top HWs (except Klitschkos of course)?

    Chambers, Haye and Adamek are cruisers that have added muscle to fight at HW.... well, Chambers hasn't added muscle but he's added weight.

    Aside from the Klitschkos, fights between cruisers and heavies would be pretty much pick'em fights.

    Huck went pretty much 50-50 with Povetkin, yet lost clearly to Lebedev, and was knocked the **** out by Cunningham, albeit several years ago.

    A cruiserweight might as well ''move up'' to HW and just weigh in at the same weight. You'd be in shape, and quicker than your opponent.

    It's not the 90's, where the 3rd tier HW's were all seriously good operators.

    I think the CW champions would all be top HWs, even Chambers is a CW and not even a big one. Cunningham is a great boxer but I think his lack of power and his chin would be a problem. But all CW champs would have at least a chance against pretty much any HW
