No it's exact opposite. The chiseled faced guys are more likely to cut up. Arturo Gatti was cut from steel. Same with guys like Morales, Kessler, Linares. These guys are prone to cut and bruise more because they have sharper facial features. It's tough having cheekbones close to the eye or having a strong brow in boxing. You don't want cuts close to the eye.
