Are boxing fans blaming the wrong people for Broner and Rios missing weight?

No Broner should have made weight since he signed off. But he probably should have never signed off in the first place. But I was not just talking about Broner but Rios. Rios is an even better example. We all saw the first time Rios missed weight he looked very dehydrated and sick.

Right then and there Robert Garcia Bob Arum and his manger (is it Dunkin?) should have said next fight you are going up you are killing your self trying to make weight it aint safe and you probably are going to have trouble making it next time F the belt. But no they did the same damn thing again and why? These people have been in boxing much longer than Rios it their job to look after not only him but other fighters.

From a highly educated persons perspective that analogy was horrible
