Are Boxing promoters less likely to sign amatuer Boxers that are in their late 20's and early 30's ?

Would like to know if age makes a big difference to boxing promoters.

That only happens with the most elite amateurs.

Loma fights for a title his first fight pro.
Usyk grabbed a minor title in his 3rd fight and a real belt in his 9th fight.
Rigo grabbed a world title in his 7th fight.
Lara longer at 20 fights, but he wasn't late 20s of course.

Promoters will do this every single time for the very, very cream of the crop

So if the boxer is not an elite amateur boxer he won't get signed at those ages ?
