Are Canelo handlers concern about his power?

    Before the fight I thought if canelo hit cotto the way he did it would end with a ko. I am wondering if his handlers are having doubts of beating golovkin without the power threat should they meet. The way I see it canelo needs to gain respect from golovkin before he could impose his advantage over golovkin. Without a power threat I see very little chance of him winning.

    Do you think had canelo ko cotto, his handlers would feel more confident about making the match?

    I didn't think he hit that hard, but damn I was at least expecting him to hurt Cotto more than he did.

    Cotto was likely very roided helping him to take punches, but anyway, Canelo's power will not trouble Golovkin.

    Canelo doesn't have devastating power. His power is over rated. C'mon he couldn't drop a shot to **** Angulo and midget 153 pound Cotto! What should concern Team Canelo is what happens if Canelos punches don't bother GGG and he walks thru them if need be?

    Genady is the better boxer, which really screws with their plans. If it was just power alone, they would have taken the fight by now.

    Canelo is like the opposite of GGG. Alverez has the body of a Super middleweight yet the attributes of a Welter weight. Hasnt carried his power, hasnt got the stamina.

    GGG has the body of a Middleweight but the attributes of a Supermiddleweight. Hits too hard all round for this weight.
