No version of AJ could deal with the pressure and power of Dubois it's literally his kryptonite

Fury's lifestyle definitely hurts him - as far as genuinely tough fights though? Usyk had had more, I would say... Fury's made some harder than they should've been, of course.

Hard to say who was more shot - especially as fighters don't necessarily age the same even with similar levels of punishment.

Dubois has blossomed before our eyes over the past couple of years, and I think he can get even better.

AJ is on the slide and Hrgovic looks like he hasn't trained boxing for the past decade. They weren't lucky wins, just the next generation coming through.

Oh, and WTAF is prime Hrgovic? He's always been a slovenly, one dimensional bum.

Pin a Joshua fan down and make them decisively tell you when "prime AJ" occurred. It's hilarious.

They'll tell you it was 2017-2018 (curious, a one year prime for an always in shape fighter?), then he fell out of prime BEFORE the Ruiz loss. Then back into prime for the Ngannou, Helenius, and Wallin wins, then fell out of prime once again when Dubois destroyed him.

    Essentially, win = prime
Loss = he wasn't in his prime, he was anxious, he wasn't focused

Dubious KO'd Usyk with a belly shot
Played with the manufactured coddled bum called AJ
Just exposed Hurgovic's lack of development

Dubious did all this just by having dumb as a rock determination and willingness to put himself on the line. Hurgovic & AJ havn't been willing to put themselves on the line because they mentally know they havn't got the the golden goods.

There's no equation to apply for things like this. There's other variables that you and I aren't privy to, which goes with every boxer to have existed.

Fury may very well be more "shot": than Usyk. His weight ups and downs, his many 'retirements', his often times poor conditioning for fights. His lifestyle, his mental capacity.

BTW, 'Shot" is something too many posters here toss around too freely. I don't see Fury as shot. But he's certainly passed his prime

AJ, on the other hand, 'might' be shot. But that's for his next actual test in the ring to determine. He's been KO'd twice, and at age 35, can be difficult to come back to a glimpse of his former self, even after an easy touch up fight if he chose.

"Prime" refers to an athlete's top physical peak. You seem to think a fighter can go in and out of his prime depending on how he looks in the ring. Newbie fans seem to believe that more on this board.

Look at Hopkins for example. He was in his physical peak in his early 30's (As most athletes are), but not at his best boxing.
