This product cures diabetes and makes blood pressure problems a thing of the past! I also heard skinny fibre cured someone of cancer! The stuff is incredible!
There will always be the ones that say eat healthy and you don't need supplements. It is fine in theory but sometimes you cant always eat that meal.
Protein shakes are beneficial for pre-post workouts, mainly post though as you want protein in as soon as you can.
I'm no expert but I do take protein shakes to increase my protein intake.
I have learned nothing can replace a clean diet for fat loss / results.
There's no proof that fat-consuming pills or enhancements can successfully consume fat.
In any case, they do normally contain fixings that will not damage you in little dosages when taken alone. Some are even demonstrated to help consume fat when they're devoured normally.
However, it's difficult to know without a doubt what amount is utilized in the enhancement. The sum may be off — regardless of whether the jug determines a sum on the name. It's difficult to tell how the maker surveyed the aggregate sum.

No certain fat burning pills aren't bs they work. But you must be very careful using them keeping dosages low .....checking your tolerance....cycling 3-4 weeks on.....2 weeks off.
The ones that work are
Ephedrine.....especially eca type that is called t5.
T3 thyroid (nothing to do with eca t5)
ephedrine works differently kills appetite leans up face....but can be dangerous....try to open a capsule and use a third of a pill to start off......try never to exceed 1 pill a day ever. Go running or walking in morning on empty stomach immediately after taking ephedrine first thing in morning
Clean again try to use 20mg to start for a week and than 40mg for 2 weeks.....always take it with 1 25mg to thyroid pill.clen works beat with t3. It works differently its good for burning all round body fat especially if u do weights cuts up muscle rather than the actual pounds lost of ephedrine
I had a 15 plus years using these they work....the very first time I used ephedrine I was shocked fat burners worked!!!!
I can't comment on the 99% of vs products out there but with these u can't go wrong.
NEVER EVER USE EPHEDRINE AND CLEN TOGETHER AND DON'T EXCEED DOSES or go in sauna while on them......it can be life threatening.
And other than these black coffee on an empty stomach first thing and than half hour cardio works well.
Also if u can stop eating 9pm and not eat anything till midday thats 15 hours fasted cardio easy
L'Arginine / NOS pre workout supplements. Any good ??? Thoughts.
I love the combination of L-Citrulline and L-Arginine in my pre-workout shake before hitting the weights. Really good stuff in my opinion. But it obviously has nothing to do with "burning fat". You can't burn fat. Burning fat is about eating less calories compared to your energy consumption.

Bull****. You lose water mostly because you're sweating like ****. Just taking it doesn't burn fat at all. You still have to work out and take care of your diet to lose fat.

Back in the 1980s and 90s I competed as an amateur boxer ,had a very brief pro career and also local bodybuilding shows long before the era of self appointed no nothing nobody experts online like yourself talking of science. Ive also been in 3 clinic trials to assess brown fat. I i dont claim to be the smartest expert but zi know my stuff unlike you .
Bodybuilders knew how to burn fat and diet long before 300lbs crossfit online gurus like you and "scientists " did.
We didn't have youtube we just trained and were aware of which supplements worked and how to shed weight.
