    Cotto can still become one because he is young and in his physical prime, but I don't see it happening.

    Hatton will never be.

    hatton probably at 140. cotto still has to do more. if he wins the 154 title, he could easily be a HOF candidate, imo.

    Always been a Hatton fan but he is in no way an ATG, great British fighter who gained the sport many fans though.

    Cotto has fought some seriously good opposition and maybe with 2 more wins againsed true elites and a few more good wins he can make the grade.

    I'm hoping for a Tszyu type comeback for Cotto but I'm not sure it will happen to be honest. I did read an article about Cotto's motivation after the death of Cotto father (RIP) being sky high. We will see.

    ATG in my opinion is a very small class, they both would make the HOF that's for sure though.
